He was last seen because the advertising professional within the Imran Khan starrer Delhi Belly. With the film making a new benchmark in Indian cinema, Vir Das garnered critical approval for his performance. The talented actor is now shooting his next titled Sooper Se Ooper.

The film that is directed by Shekhar Ghosh stars, Kirti Kulhari of Shaitaan fame and Yudishtir Urs in conjunction with Gulshan Grover. Talking to Vir, we learn, "In Sooper Se Ooper, I'M basically an ordinary guy whose relative has this large property which I'M looking to grab. While Gulshan plays the role of a London returned don, and Kirthi is my love interest."

Currently 50% of the film which was being shot in Rajasthan is complete and is scheduled for release later this year.
