The makers of Teri Meri Kahaani have get a hold of a singular way to promote the film. The film's leading pair Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra will host a qawwali party and hasya kavi sammelan in Delhi later this month, to advertise their film. The party will see a boys versus girls competition between Shahid and Priyanka's teams, comprising their fans.
In the film, within the 1910 segment, Shahid and Priyanka belong to Lahore and converse with one another in an amusing shayariana andaaz. Because the reaction to the trailer of the film was very positive, the makers decided to have a mushaira contest within the Capital. Shahid and Priyanka's fans can even join the competition. The participants can be selected through a competition.
Delhi was chosen because the venue because it is the heartland of Hindi. The development date and venue is yet to be locked.
