Piping hot news

Okay, here's oven fresh info...

* Farhan Akhtar fans, who're eagerly awaiting the talented director's next movie, must wait till next year. He's currently specializing in BHAAG MILKHA BHAAG [as actor] currently and can start work on his next venture [as director] only after its release.

* Rohit Shetty will start CHENNAI EXPRESS, with SRK essaying the principle role, in October. Though there may be tremendous speculation about its leading lady, in actual fact the makers have not begun to choose the actress. Rohit will start Karan Johar's film post this one.

* Pakistani actress Meera's new film 5 GHANTEY MIEN 5 CRORE, which was slated for release on 8 June, will now release in Eid. Within the same week as Salman Khan's EK THA TIGER.

* Though its makers [Goldie Behl, Shrishti Behl Arya] had announced a July release for I ME AUR MAIN, starring John Abraham, the film won't make it at the scheduled date. The shooting continues to be pending.

* The Hindi remake of VETTAI [Tamil] may finally take off. In between, one had heard that Shahid Kapoor wasn't too proud of the dialogue of the film. It's now learnt that Piyush Mishra was roped in to pen the lines.
