The iconic movie studio Bombay Talkies that was founded in 1934 and close down in 1954 because of loss of funds is now being revived again. Bombay Talkies, so one can reopen after 58 years, is prepared to launch their first film in June this year.
The film titled Zakhmi will feature 29 year old Abhay Kumar, the grandson of the studio's founder Rajnarayan Dube, along side Sayali Bhagat and Mithun Chakraborty.
Bombay Talkies had launched one of the vital biggest stars of Hindi cinema like Devika Rani, Ashok Kumar, Leela Chitnis, Raj Kapoor, Mehmood, Madhubala and Dilip Kumar.
