Jaya, Shweta take care of Big B

Jaya, Shweta take care of Big BJaya Bachchan and doting daughter Shweta Nanda are taking turns to deal with Amitabh Bachchan on the hospital here following his abdominal surgeries amid indications he'll be discharged Friday or Saturday.

The 69-year-old was admitted to the seven-star SevenHills Hospital Saturday and he underwent two surgeries. He was to be freed Monday but it surely was cast off after he developed acute pain.

The actor is at the fifth floor of the hospital, where son Abhishek and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai's female descendant was born last year.

The Bachchans have booked four consecutive rooms, costing Rs. 31,000 each an afternoon. Jaya and Shweta take turns to seem after Big B, informed sources said. Aishwarya visited him Tuesday along side Beti B.

Shweta brings home-cooked food daily at around 3 p.m. and relieves her mother, who returns to the hospital around 7 p.m.

The 69-year-old Big B is feeling better now.

He told his fans "All Izzz Well" through his Twitter page.

"A day that brings you to the edge of wellness and pushes you back into the well of uneasy health... the body shall dictate always! Cure can also be distasteful till it begins to work .. till that happens, your faith in it diminishes by the minute...then suddenly AIW: All Izzz Well .. !!" the megastar wrote on microblogging site Twitter.

His abdominal problems stem from an injury he suffered in the course of the shooting of "Coolie" in 1982, an incident that just about cost his life.

Security on the hospital isn't as tight because it was during Beti B's birth. But all those desirous to visit the fifth floor are asked who they would like to visit.
