Not many know that Sonakshi's mother Punam Sinha was an erstwhile model before she got married. Punam has also acted in a couple of Bollywood films. This time round, she, alongwith her daughter came together to shoot for Fem's new commercial. Our sources say, "Punam arrived on time and primary took her brief from the director. And once the camera started rolling, there are not any guesses who started advising whom. Sonakshi took it upon herself to verify senior Sinha's expressions were perfect."
Readers may recall that previous to this maa-beti jodi, Sharmila Tagore and Soha Ali Khan had come together for a number one brand of basmati rice while Hema Malini at the side of daughters Esha and Ahana had endorsed a water purifier brand.
