First it was Ekta Kapoor's film The Dirty Picture that bumped into trouble with the I&B Ministry stopping the published of the film on television. And now it's her next film Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum that has drawn the ire of the censor board.
Apparently, the censor board has banned the promo of Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum terming it unfit and being full of 'adult' content. Further, the board has claimed that the promo can't be telecast on TV or even at the big screen.
In fact, the makers had initially decided to use for a U/A certificate for the promo, but later settled for an A certificate, as a result of the adult content. However, in light of the board rejecting the discharge of the promo, the producers have uploaded the trailer on the web.
While the promo has released online, producer Ekta plans to fulfill the Censor Board officials personally to provide an explanation for her stance.
