Salman Khan ropes in a Pakistani Sufi singer for Dabbang 2

Salman Khan, who’s all thinking about the launch of the film Ek Tha Tiger, has roped in a Pakistani singer for his forthcoming film Dabangg 2. And he's none rather than Sufi singer Shadab Faridi, who’s already crooned numerous songs for a couple of Bollywood films and an Indian TV show.

Shadaab Faridi may be very talented, with an extraordinary blend of unique and robust voice. He’s carved a distinct segment for himself in sufi singing. He belongs to the Saharanpur gharana. Speaking about Salman Khan’s Dabangg 2, the singer said, “As a singer, I’m very lucky that I got a possibility to be part of the Salman Khan forthcoming film. As a Sufi singer its great to be working with Bollywood Khans.”

Shadaab Faridi has already made his mark in B-town music industry. Before Dabbang 2, he’s lend his voice for lots of Bollywood big actors like Saif Ali Khan’s Agent Vinod, Amir Khan show Satyamev Jayate, R Madhavan’s Jodi Breakers and Amitabh Bachchan’s Film Rann.
