Just recently, Bollywood was abuzz with Ameesha Patel claiming that she had purchased a flat right next to the Bachchan's bungalow. However, now we hear that contrary to what was being claimed, Ameesha had only rented the 4000 sq feet residential property.
The owners of the flat, the Valias, in Harsh Jyot Apartments in Juhu have since told the actress to not move into the premises. Apparently, the Valias were shocked once they heard Ameesha's claims at the property.
The entire farce came to light when the Valias were approached by previous solicitors inquiring behind the cause of them selling the flat to Ameesha. While at the other hand, it's learnt Ameesha had paid Rs. 5 lakh to the Valias as a token amount, following which she was allowed to make the required renovation.
