Bollywood never had it so bad. That is 12 months that has seen many Bollywood legends pass away. Adding to the list of these who've departed for 'heavenly abode' was the noted cinematographer Ashok Mehta who gave up the ghost yesterday, as he succumbed to his illness.
Ashok was affected by lung cancer and was out and in of hospital since February. The late Ashok Mehta is better known for his outstanding camera work in films similar to Bandit Queen, Gaja Gamini amongst others. Remember that that together with his loss, Bollywood won't ever ever be the similar again.
