Partho and Chillar Party kids share National Award

If quantity is any indication of change then our child actors are well with a view to becoming the brand new entertainment sensation of Bollywood. In an unprecedented move, the jury of the 59th National awards decided to confer the most productive Child Artist award to Partho Gupte in Amole Gupte's Stanley Ka Dabba and to the entire 22 kids of Vikas Bahl-Nitish Tiwary's Chillar Party.

Just how the Stanley party of one and Chillar Party of twenty-two would share the National award is unclear even to the parties concerned.

Partho's father Amole Gupte said, "Partho was in class when the announcements were made. So he wasn't aware of the National award immediately. But I'M happy for him. I'm also happy for the children in Chillar Party, though I DO NOT quite know how the award may also be shared by such a lot of children."

Vikas Bahl co-director of Chillar Party also seems a little bit puzzled by the governmental largesse. "It's very nice to grasp all of the kids in Chillar Party was honoured. Truly, it'd be heart-breaking to single out one or the opposite kid for the reason that other children would've been demoralized. But I FEEL Partho has also been honoured for Stanley Ka Dabba. I DO NOT understand how this may increasingly work. Will the entire kids be in it together?"

Having said that Vikas goes directly to express great joy at his little children's film making this kind of big impact. "We never expected it will have this kind of resonant impact. Chillar Party has won three National awards. That suggests somewhere we did the proper thing."
