Vivek Oberoi, who refused to star in Sanjay Gupta's gangster flick Shootout At Wadala has gone ahead and signed Kumar Taurani's next, where in Vivek plays the lead role of a gangster. The film is about in Mumbai and can be shot around the city.
The yet untitled film could be directed by newcomer Vinnil Markan, who was the associate director of Prince. Crook actress Neha Sharma was signed on opposite Vivek. Zakir Hussain may also star as another gangster and South actor Naseer may also be seen in a negative role.
When we contacted Kumar Taurani, hesaid, "Yes, I'M creating a film with Vivek Oberoi playing the lead role of a gangster. Within the film he plays a fictional character which isn't modeled on any gangster. The shooting of the film starts on March 24th."
