The keenly awaited Aamir Khan starrer TALAASH, which was slated for release on 1 June, have been postponed. Yes, you read it right. Though the film is complete and the post-production would also conclude much before the due date, the producers, Ritesh Sidhwani, Aamir Khan and Farhan Akhtar, have decided to push the discharge of the film ahead.
What's the cause of rescheduling the discharge date? "Aamir is serious about his television show, that's starting across the same time. The perfectionist and uncompromising individual that he is, Aamir can be left with little time available to advertise TALAASH. Since TALAASH is the actor's next big release after 3 IDIOTS, we mutually decided to push the discharge of the film forward. Besides, Aamir could have sufficient time available to advertise the film," producer Ritesh Sidhwani confirmed to this writer.
So what is the generation date of the film? "It's 30 November. We're releasing the film after Diwali," Ritesh divulges.
