If in any respect there may be someone who has 'been there, done that', it should be the ever- reigning 'Miss Gorgeous' Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Ever because the word go, she has always been related to some social cause or the opposite. Be it her declaring to donate her eyes to pledging to eradicate Polio and lots of others, Ash has always been a frontrunner.
That's why it doesn't come as a surprise when one hears the inside track that there'll soon be a school so that it will be named after her called 'The Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Girls College'. It's speculated to be arrange in Daulatpur village in Uttar Pradesh. The varsity could be open to underprivileged girls within the region.
According to Rishikesh Yadav (who's the representative of Amitabh Bachchan's family), the responsibility for construction of the varsity have been taken over from Jaya Prada's Foundation and has now been given to the 'Amitabh Bachchan Sewa Sansthan' that was arrange by the villagers. He also added that a cheque of Rs. 5 lakh from Amitabh Bachchan for the development of the varsity has also been given to the Sansthan. Meanwhile, Amit Singh (Village Head) said that, as announced earlier, an intermediate college can be constructed initially in order to be later upgraded to graduate level.
