Now Shillpi Sharma joins ‘Heroine’ cast

After doing films like “Style”, “Jo Bole So Nihaal” and “Thank You”, model-turned-actress, Shillpi Sharma have been signed for Madhur Bhandarkar’s, “Heroine”, which has Kareena Kapoor within the lead role

The actress has shot a few scenes for the film.

“Madhur, a family friend, approached me for the role. He was on the lookout for somebody glamorous and was of the opinion that I USED TO BE perfect. I WILL NOT reveal much as I’m bound by a freelance but I'VE a pivotal role within the film,” said the actress who stared her career in 2002.

Shillpi needed to hit the gym to get fit for the nature and said, “Madhur wanted me to drop extra pounds and look fit. So I'VE BEEN training accordingly.”

The film also stars Shahana Goswami. – IANS
