Manoj Kumar to be felicitated with the Lifetime Achievement Award

The veteran actor Manoj Kumar may be conferred the Lifetime Achievement Award on the Nashik International Film Festival, in lieu of his contribution to Indian cinema. For the uninitiated, the said film festival, first started within the year 2008 and is organized by the Mumbai based Metro Foundation of India and the Dadasaheb Phalke Film and tv Institute.

Talking about this prestigious recognition, Manoj Kumar said that the Nashik International Film Festival may be very competitive in nature and is being endorsed by the federal government of Maharashtra. He also added that he only felt humbled after (being chosen) for the Lifetime Achievement award. On a parting note, like a real blue workaholic, he says that he'll keep it up working and that he desires to die with my shoes on. That's simply what legends are made from.
