Yesterday as the entire South East Asian nations issued a tsunami alert post a tremendous 8.7 magnitude earthquake that struck off the coast of Indonesia, actor-filmmaker Pooja Bhatt was caught within the tsunami scare while she was doing recce for his or her forthcoming film Jism 2 in Phuket, Thailand.
Pooja tweetd, "Earthquake in Indonesia. Tremors felt in Phuket. Tsunami warnings being issued! Been asked to stick put at a location short-listed for #Jism2 in Phuket. All we will do is watch for the sea to recede..."
Pooja was accompanied by her Jism 2 co-producer Dino Morea. She tweeted, "To all of you who've expressed concern in regards to the @jism2 crew in Phuket, Thanks & relax! Only Dino Morea and myself here nowadays"!
Dino also tweeted in regards to the tsunami scare, "In Phuket on the moment, and a significant Tsunami warning. Been advised to stick on higher ground for the following few hours."
However, the tsunami alert which was sounded in 28 countries after the huge earthquake was later called off.
"All well now folks! Tsunami alert called off! Roads re-opened,music levels raised,bubbly being poured. Hallelujah/Praise the lord!", Pooja tweeted.
