Okay, everyone's curious to grasp whether Ranbir Kapoor's BARFI! was postponed. Initially slated for release on 13 July, the rumor doing the rounds of the industry is that the film won't make it at the scheduled date, since a considerable chunk of shooting is yet to be completed. The sources claim that the film will now arrive on 31 August, thus clashing with Shirish Kunder's Akshay - Sonakshi starrer JOKER.
Siddharth Roy Kapur of UTV admits that the shooting of BARFI! remains to be pending, "but, as of now, we're releasing it on 13 July, the date we've assigned to the film. Provided that the filming process gets delayed for some reason can we choose another date," he clarifies. However, Siddharth denies BARFI! will clash with JOKER, since both are UTV films and obviously, the studio won't love to release two keenly anticipated movies within the same week.
