Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan’s dream home eventually got a approval from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation. Earlier, the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) had delivered a reminder to questioning him to provide an explanation for offenses committed while developing his Mannat Bunglow in Mumbai.
A notice was dropped at SRK by MCZMA on March 12, 2009 questioning him to post the entire approval in regards to the design of Mannat, but he didn’t file any. It’s claimed that SRK broken rules of CRZ (coastal regulation zone) within the structure of Mannat.
But the existing reports indicate that Shahrukh had purchased the bungalow and an adjacent vacant plot many years ago. Mannat is an old building announced as heritage property.
