What's common to Justin Timberlake, Will Smith, Jamie Foxx, Mark Wahlberg and likes? Well, in spite of the fact that they're singers par excellence, they've also graced the silver screen as actors. Following their footsteps are our personal Mika and Shaan, who will now be seen within the film Balwinder Singh... Famous Ho Gaya, that's being directed by Sunil Agnihotri.
Talking in regards to the film, Agnihotri said that he was sure Mika and Shaan would certainly reach creating space for themselves within the acting arena besides similar to Justin Timberlake, Will Smith and others, who were primarily known for his or her singing. He also added that they not only fit the bill perfectly, but in addition once they heard the script, they discovered it to so hilarious that they instantly agreed to be part of the film. Besides all this, they are going to be dancing to songs sung by themselves!
Talking about his 'role', Mika said that despite the fact that he has made appearances in films earlier, this will likely be his first venture where he'll actually be acting and playing a correct role. He also added that besides a captivating script, Shaan (his co-star within the film) is sort of a brother to him and that it's great to do a movie together. Meanwhile, Shaan, on his part said that he was searching for a right script and this was just the very best one!
