Katrina Kaif confirms the reports that Prakash Jha has approached her for the sequel of the blockbuster film Raajneeti. The actress says that she would like to be a part of the sequel wherein she plays the protagonist.
In a up to date interview, Katrina said, "Raajneeti is an excessively special film for me. It gave me recognition as an actor and earned me good reviews. I MIGHT like to do the sequel of the film. I'VE great regards for Prakashji and it might be an honour to work with him again."
Talking in regards to the sequel of the mammoth budget film, Katrina reveals, "Normally I DO NOT discuss the projects which aren't concrete and haven't been officially announced. But it's true that Prakashji has approached me for the sequel of Raajneeti."
Kat reveals, "When he told me about Raajneeti 2, I BELIEVED it was a genius idea. The script that he has may be very interesting. I BELIEVE it will be a large challenge because the entire characters have died. To create a cast that wonderful again might be an enormous task. However the idea that he has is astounding".
Katrina who seems very desperate to be a part of the sequel signs off saying, "I TRULY hope he's in a position to put the entire thing together someday. I MIGHT like to be a part of it."
Reportedly, Katrina could be within the spotlight because the queen politician within the Part 2 with a purpose to chronicle her rise to power and her subsequent descent to a megalomaniac whose self-serving politics ultimately destroy her.
