While the right date in December for the discharge of Rajinikanth's eagerly-awaited post-illness opus Kochadaiyyan is being worked out, what emerges with absolute clarity is this could be no run-of-the-mill release for a Rajinikanth starrer.
All stops are being pulled out to make sure Kochadaiyyan is a historical event for Rajinikanth's fans. At the same time as a date in December for a simultaneous worldwide release is being worked out, we now hear a 4-city 'world' wind premiere tour is being planned for Rajinikanth.
While the mega-star would personally be found in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai, it'd be his visit to Tokyo that may be of optimum interest. Rajinikanth has an enormous fan-following in Japan. He have been planning a trip to the rustic for the reason that Tsunami earthquake earlier this year.
Says a source as regards to the project, "ALL OF THE dynamics of a Japanese premiere for Kochadaiyyan at the moment are being worked out. Deepika and Rajini Sir are expected to be in Tokyo in December for the premiere."
The actor's health issues are actually sorted and he was declared fit to travel by his doctors.
When contacted, the film's producer Dr Murli Manohar said, "We're certainly a big release. The film can be released in separate languages in numerous parts. We're planning to offer Rajiniji's fans a treat."
