Ajay Devgn- Abhishek Bachchan starrer Bol Bachchan could have crossed the coveted Rs. 100 crore mark thereby being declared a super-hit but it's still not all hunky dory for its producer Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Pvt. Ltd.
If you recollect, previous to release, Asthtavinayak was in a financial mess with various parties filing legal suits against them over pending payments. Eros International had even filed a completing petition against Ashtavinayak within the Bombay High Court.
Now Ashtavinayak had issued a cheque to Film Studios Setting & Allied Mazdoor Union amounting to Rs. 24,55,654 on June 30 which bounced. The cheque was towards payment to among the crew members who constructed the sets of Bol Bachchan. Ashtavinayak again issued another fresh cheque of an identical quantity on July 15 which also bounced.
Prem Thakur, Vice- Chairman of the Allied Mazdoor Union, is bored stiff of waiting endless for his pending dues and over and over again following up with Ashtavinayak.
