Earlier we had reported that Riteish Deshmukh may be moving into film production and his maiden venture could be a Marathi film under his banner Mumbai Film Company. Now consistent with the most recent development, Riteish is not going to just produce but additionally act in his maiden production venture.
Riteish is a Marathi boy and desires to provide something back to his motherland and this film can be a tribute to his motherland as he feels he owes so much to it.
The actor who has had a successful year with films like Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya and Housefull 2, is a bit of nervous about acting in a language as opposed to Hindi but since Marathi is his mother tongue and he's well versed with the language he's sure he'll do justice to the language.
Riteish has two scripts in hand, one is in an entire commercial entertainer while the opposite is a sensitive subject. Whichever works out well first, will go on floors first.
